I know very little about seed. All I knew was it came from certain fruit and it grows into a plant. When I came across that seed can be kept for a long period of time and still can be planted, it amazes me. Truth has the same properties as the seed. It can be kept for a long time without changing and it needs to be planted/used to make a real difference. When we learn the truth, it is like a seed that is placed in our open palm. We carry it wherever we go and only when we decide to place the seed into the ground, it won't grow. Through the years we acquire many seeds in both our hands. Some of us even have so many seeds that it overflowed. Unless we plant these seeds, they remain seeds without fruit. When we start planting those seeds, it opens up whole new possibilities. God has empowered seeds to grow when they are planted, and we can surely see fruits when we start living out the truth, not just carrying it.
