John 8 recorded for us the most embarrassing moment of a woman. A woman caught in adultery. There was countless time we did the wrong things in our lives. Viewing things which we do not suppose to, lust, spoke unkind words, feel like striking another, and many more. Some of you may think, is that what is going on in a believer's life? Yes at times. But many times we got them under control. Imagine the moment you were committing wrong and hope no one knew, police came in and caught you in the act. Instead of persecuting you in the police station, they brought you out in the street and summon all the newscasters and have you showcased in all the tv channels the sin you have committed and was caught in the act. That would be to be the most embarrassing moment. That woman caught in adultery was treated that way. Yet Jesus was able to turn the scenario around. Instead of shaming her, He shamed those who had a stone in hand.

May we learn to be critical not towards others but ourselves. Never cast the first stone.
