Can one tastes the goodness of God and live as though he has not? Absolutely. We learn from Isaiah the prophet, that in the time of his ministry the people of God were not concerned about God's business. It developed to a stage where the Lord had to say, "What more could I have done?" Isaiah 5. The Bible constantly reminds us that while we were lacking, we seek God for the provision and He promised that we may be filled. On the other hand, when we have the abundance we forgot where we first came from. The Israelites experienced God's deliverance, victories, and supplication. They soon forget Him. History shows us not everyone experiences the love of God is touched the same way. God desires our response and involvement to love Him, consider Him, and serve Him out of our own free will. That attitude is consecration, that attitude is love. Isaiah 5:12 KJV And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the Lord, neither consider the operation of his hands.
