You have heard it said that life is like a roller coaster, sometimes you are high above and sometimes it feels like you hit the ground. At times it twists in an uncomfortable way making you feel that you are out of control. At times it slows down for you to take a breather and other times it went at a speed you want to hold on to anything within grasp.
The book of Psalm right in the middle of the Bible contains various sentiments recorded for us by men and inspired by God our creator. At times you hear praises, worship, shouts of joy, and victorious chants while other times you hear cries, shame, sadness, and regrets. Yet all those moments, God was involved. At those times, God penned the very feelings and kept it thousands of years for us.
If you are emotionally challenged or motivated, read this amazing book. It is the longest book of the Bible and it contains the longest chapter. I am sure you will be blessed by reading and reciting it.

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; (Ephesians 5:18-20 KJV)
