Light has some properties which we cannot fathom. The speed of light has confounded mankind for a long time. It is a property that erases darkness while darkness makes it impossible for things to be seen. I am a photographer and there is nothing to capture in complete darkness. Light is needed for an image to be captured by the camera. Be it bright light or a deem light. It can be captured with different shutter speeds of the camera. A reflection of light can be so beautiful to the actual light itself and in Matthew 5:16 we are told to shine so that others can see God's glory and glorify God.

May we learn to be a light that shines.
