Standing Ovation

In many instances, the Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of God. (Colossians 3, Luke 22 and Mark 16). In Acts, a young martyr named Stephen seemed to have a wasted life. A bold young and spirit-filled preacher died a martyr death in early ministry. His death, however, planted a seed in Saul's heart who later became apostle Paul after he met Jesus. Apostle Paul became one of the greatest missionaries ever lived for the gentiles. A unique event took place in the case of Stephen's death. Stephen saw a heavenly vision. Acts 7:55-56. But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
Stephen received a standing ovation by our Lord Jesus Christ! May we learn that our value is not how much we produced but who we are in Christ Jesus.
